Responsible for attending complaints escalated which are related to OCS (Online Charging System) or related to applications integrated with OCS and provide solutions within SLA.
Should be able to identify and inform relevant DevOps teams for any applications/OCS related issues for which a solution must be found.
Assist for service upgrades, service testing, external team operations support regarding charging.
Analyse the trends of the complaints to highlight possible OCS/Application related issues.
Create scripts and other measures to optimize the downtimes of applications/services by adding them to monitoring tools.
Conduct number level management configurations/special number configurations and similar other required configurations additions on OCS.
Regular maintenance of the monitoring applications to make sure they are available at any time.
Entry Requirements
The Person
The candidate should possess Higher National Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Engineering or an equivalent professional qualification from a recognized university or institute.
Having a certification in Oracle-11g or Linux server administration will be an added advantage.
Knowledge in SQL Databases.
Minimum of 6 months internship experience in implementation of products and services in a similar capacity.
Should possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
