The Job

• Design and develop network provisioning tools and systems and implementing them
• Review the progress with other stake holders to allow them to share experience in order enhance the overall service assurance to customers
• Improving the services provided by Technical assurance center, Enterprise Solution Engineering and Solution delivery teams
• Plan, design and execute customer roll-out, technology change functions
• Ensure timely delivery of all Retail and enterprise products by using provisioning systems and tools
• Monitor SLA and KPI achievement of service provisioning functions and take strategic decisions to cater higher demands
• Providing support to field support teams while delivering customer solutions
• Evaluate the gap to be filled with technical expertise and ensure timely fulfilment of required technical expertise
• Implement operational procedures with in divisional processes to ensure timely adaptation of strategic network development projects

The Person

• B.Sc. Degree in Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunication / Electrical and Electronics from an IESL recognized university
