Responsible for disbursement of reward/commission based on rules created on timely manner to external stakeholders and mange disputes effectively.
Require to monitor the performance for channel partners commission disbursement, Preparation of commission schedules, verification with users and processing for payments
Act as sole administrator to commission module and facilitate and execute commission rules based on guidelines provided by Strategic finance team
Ensure the commission has been disbursed through automated system to defined audiences (internal and external) and handle the complaints raised over any disputes
Periodically review with management and other stakeholders on commission module development/ rule enrichment, technical and non technical compliances.
Responsible to carry out rewarding for retailers, internal & external stakeholders after validating the approved promotional proposals.
Entry Requirements
Possess a BSc. Degree in Economics/ Finance/ Statistics/CIMA
