Description

The Job:

  • Assisting the team to drive performance management processes
  • Preparing status reports for ongoing performance management processes
  • Maintain up-to-date employee data on the performance management platform
  • Handling routine employee queries
  • Assist in performance management audits and follow-up on corrective actions
  • Maintaining audit logs
  • Maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and vendor
  • Assisting the team on special HR projects
Entry Requirements

The Person: 

  • Good track record of secondary education.
  • Should possess a degree or full / part professional qualifications in Human Resource Management from a recognized university or Institute.
  • Good understanding of MS Excel
  • A dynamic personality who is eager to take on challenges.
