We are looking for an amazingly well-rounded Fintech Acquisition & Growth Manager to join us in growing our business of Genie Financial marketplace across the country. You will be responsible for efficiently engaging and acquiring new clients at scale.
You will have a passion for understanding business, and an ability to creatively articulate the problems the customer encounters. You will be skilled in translating these deep customer insights into attractive solutions, compelling calls to action, and ultimately stunning business results.
You should have excellent customer relationships and communications skills, have a flair for marketing, and love to problem-solve and think on your feet. Additionally, you should be committed to exceeding customer acquisition and NPS targets, within a business that cares deeply about creating customer happiness. But more than anything, you will be an enthusiastic team player, excited about the role you can play in growing genie offerings to be trusted and well-loved solutions for our demanding customers
