The Job:

  • Managing Divisional Engagement Activities
  • Coordinate All knowledge sharing sessions, organizing, creating EDM’s, etc
  • Training Coordination with CXO-1 – identification of training and content creation with facilitators
  • Marketing Business Transformation related work, JD creation, Talent profile creation
  • Project management – JIRA updates for HR GCMO portfolio
  • Performance Monitoring & Tracking
  • Marketing Academy build up coordination
Entry Requirements

The Person:

  • Good track record of secondary education
  • Should possess a degree or professional qualifications in Human Resource Management / Business Management from a recognized university or institute
  • Basic knowledge on HR functions and computer literacy
  • Possess an excellent command in both spoken and written English
  • A dynamic personality who is eager to take on challenges with a passion for learning and innovation
