The Job

• Plan, design and deploy Mechanical and Plumbing and related building services of Dialog Data Centres to ensure the delivery of best-in-class network infrastructure in terms of performance, availability, cost effectiveness with improved customer experience, leveraging on state-of-the-art technologies
• Review and monitor compliance to local regulations and all other applicable domain standards
• Data Centre automation, drive innovation, digitalization, analytics, agile practices, and Support data Centre governance
• Execute and monitor cross-functional projects in Power, cooling, ELV, Fire and Building Services domains, coordinate with contractors and principals to lead and spearhead new development projects, capacity upgrades, downgrades, migration of existing core site infrastructure and follow up of implementation, commissioning, and acceptance
• Managing customer/UD complains, audit concerns and improvement opportunities till it gets sorted and propose enhancements in annual budgets
• Work with expert pool and engineers for integrated technology and project delivery for Dialog Data Centers, shall perform in a matrix organization in projects and BAU works
• Service Assurance, Process improvement and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Support
• Identify technological, health and safety, and security risks and concerns and address at the appropriate levels to maintain uptime and 24x7 operations 
• Synergise with internal and external staff to deliver high levels of performance by cross-functional engagement, training, and skills development

The Person

• A four-year BSc degree in engineering in Mechanical Engineering / Equivalent from a recognized University (accredited by relevant body of the relevant country)
• Professional qualifications – Mechanical, Plumbing, and related building services, Data Center design/operations qualifications are preferred
• Technical expertise in Mechanical, Plumbing, and related building services designing, implementation, commissioning, operations, and compliance  
• Automation, digitalisation, and analytics experience
• Innovative, dedicated, result oriented, customer focused, should be able to engage with skilled professionals, cross-domains and work in stressful demanding situations
