Description

The Job

  • Responsible for planning and overseeing Digital marketing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget,
  • Require organizing, plan, drive, implement, monitor, and report project completion, review the progress of the projects relative the objectives and key results and escalate delays, project risks and providing prudent and timely recommendations to avoid/mitigate the risks.
  • Need to develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs and develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Assess the issues/risks and execute resolution/mitigation plan, to facilitate prompt and accurate decision making, and monitor and act on the Project issue status periodically, to identify any deviations from baseline plans
  • Responsible to supplies detailed reporting to management on risk assessments, milestone completion, and project status measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Ensure to track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
  • Require coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects, establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Responsible to manages the governance forums, securing they are timely, brief, and focused
Entry Requirements

The Person

  • Having a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field/ Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification would be an added advantage
  • Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum 3 to 5+ years of mid-level and/or enterprise working experience
