Description
  • Responsible to serve as a partner for digital initiatives, providing strategic guidance, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of their business, and owing the digital vision that enables execution of strategy for functional units and the business units.
  • Require to build and leverage deep understanding of the digital objectives and need to develop clear experience use cases around opportunities for omni-channel engagement
  • Ensure using insights, research, and past results create a captivating vision for what can be accomplished, measured and optimization
  • Responsible to analyze data, identify opportunities and recommend for transformations with the functional units and external / internal analytics
  • The job holder will embed best practice processes like A2C (Awareness to Consideration), O2A (Order-to Activation), B2C (Bill to Cash), T2R (Trouble to Resolve), S&D (Selling & Distribution) & enterprise.
  • Accountable to design and execute campaigns with functional units and measure effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Need to closely work and influence the business and functional units to ensure the digital adoption is driven / closely tracked and ensure reap the full potential of the digital initiatives
  • The job holder will also be responsible to drive Adoption of dealer App, Retailer Hub, e-customer care apps, Sales Force Automation for Enterprise, My Dialog App, e-payments, e bills, share of e-Top-up, query handling in FB and Biz Care and other digital apps in consultation with the business / functional line managers
  • Require to build and maintain relationships across the Group and leveraging them to successful transformation of business operation to deliver excellence
  • Responsible to works closely with business teams to present strategies, ideas, digital POV’s to the teams
  • Accountable to provide insight in in design thinking for redesign processes/system/ workflows/apps, websites end-to-end, cutting across functions to ensure prioritisation to business objective, user experience and alignment to overall Digital Transformation aspiration
  • Require to play a key role in enabling change agenda – specifically, working to embed new ways of working and enduring cultural change within the group
Entry Requirements
  • Should possess a Degree/MBA in Business or IT
  • Excellent Analytical Skills, Technological knowledge, Negotiation & Influencing Skills
  • High level of planning and organizing skills
  • Minimum 10 years of working experiences in relevant field
