Responsible for achievement of Annual/Monthly eSales campaigns gross/net add targets.
Manage accountability of eSales marketing campaigns planning, in coordination with BU/Brands/CLM/Online marketing teams to make effective use of resources to achieve set business goals.
Responsible for eSales GTM campaigns by finalizing the product/offers and planning to target net new connections.
Drive esales developments and integrations which will improve the capabilities for esales market adoption.
Develop affiliate marketing programs to drive online sales by developing the Dialog eSales Affiliate processes and systems.
Ensure to be up to date with industry trends, conduct competitor research and anticipate changes in digital retails / online shopping and demand patterns
Use analytics capabilities for eSales marketing plans and provide strategic recommendations based on expertise and experience in eCommerce.
Responsible in the digital Platform enhancement - Continually searching for improvements that could be implemented to reduce any form of gaps to further enhance the digital experience for customers.
Set operational KPIs/SLA for all channel operations and ensure the processes are developed, updated and approved
Efficiently manage operation budget / Digital Campaign budgets within the approved scope and maximize ROI
Build and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders and external stakeholders
Entry Requirements
Should possess a Degree in Business Management/ Marketing and/or CIM qualifications
Minimum 3 years’ experience in building and managing tele and Digital channels
Hands on experience in working with online shopper insights would be an added advantage
Expert level skill set in online channel building and strategizing & managing online campaigns
Experience with project management, managing timelines and operations.
