The Job

• Execution of operational procedures such as monitoring, fault identification, troubleshooting, rectification and configuration
• Conduct resolutions for escalated issues from the teams
• Initiate trouble tickets regarding Huawei/Ericsson access network down issues to obtain vendor support
• Carry out system modifications requested by access planning team
• Maintain the required standard of quality level by analysing and investigating quality issues raised
• Conduct Periodical system performance analysis (node performance, network performance) through performance analytical tools
• Effective coordination with Vendor, Radio network planning, Transmission operations and regional operations
• Prioritise, Escalate and execute Network Troubleshooting activities
• Carrying out testing for new services or network functions within access network operations

The Person

• Diploma/Higher Diploma in Engineering (Electronics / Electrical / Telecommunications)
• 2 Years work experience
