As an HR Business Partner, the person will be responsible for solving complex organizational challenges through people-related solutions.
The person will create the complete people strategy that will support staff in realizing their ambitions
The person will partner with a cross-functional group of subject matter experts to design and execute strategies for how the company staff, onboard, develop, motivate, retain, and organize work.
The person will also have the opportunity to work side-by-side with leaders to get things done on a variety of people-related areas.
As core part of this work will be rolling out programs to support staff, including compensation, performance, and talent programs.
You will require to Develop strategic HR Business plan for portfolio / division in line which meets portfolios/divisions business requirements
Ensure yearly Man Power Planning for the group is finalised and it in line with the overall business objectives.
Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the and manage difficult HR Projects cross-functionally
Entry Requirements
Ideal candiadte should have 8-10 years’ experience in similar capacity Employee Relations experience
You should possess a Degree and/or relevant professional qualification in HRM
Demonstrate a strong understanding and experience working with multiple human resource disciplines, for example, employee relations, compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, performance management, staffing, and state employment laws
Proven experience of managing and implementing projects and strategic change initiatives
The role will report to Group Chief Corporate and People officer
