  • Implementing business strategy to achieve revenue targets with Positive EBITDA while achieving co-business objectives

  • Establishing strategic partnership with internal and external teams / vendors and identifying deals / product gaps and Providing regular insights to the top management on product / deal performance
  • Enhancing product and CX experience by defining product requirements collaborate further understand consumer insights and incorporating the information into product strategy
  • Managing relevant teams and launch the product in a timely manner as well as Providing design inputs while overseeing the UAT processes for free zone
  • Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product and pricing to achieve profitability goals based on market analysis
  • Negotiating with BUs / business partners, vendors, merchants to obtain optimum benefits and business profitability further managing relevant teams to resolve within short time period
  • Achieving revenue, customer satisfaction goals, liaising with sales teams / frontline operations and being ensured the scope of campaign gaining maximum advantage for Dialog products & services
  • Managing a close relationship with Digital marketing / brand marketing / master branding / CLM & sales teams and provide business recommendations on Marcom creation with said teams as well as working with ADL, BI in benchmarking the costing for products & services
  • Developing Project millstones and ROI for new product lines and partner/ vendor campaigns / promos / deals and Implementing GTM plan by synchronizing with both marketing and business partners furthermore ensuring smooth after sales support and customer experience
  • Managing a close relationship with BU heads to ensure and ensuring the free zone is having a minimal risk with the support of with group risk & compliance, Cyber Security & IT teams also achieving free zone across consumer segments, product categories while adhering to defined quality standards
  • Providing management reports and updates with recommendations to the senior management for decision making purposes (PIR, Sales reports) key insights for Management reporting ,decision-making process while monitoring overall business performance 
  • Implementing business plans by coordinating with internal business units and informing management on the product progress
  • Directing the effective achievement of functional objectives through leadership
Entry Requirements

·         Possess a BSc Degree in Marketing / Business management

·         Minimum 6 years sales experience in the related field
