• Responsible for synthesizing research findings while implementing simple problem-solving methodologies to solve operational as well as interpersonal problems and recommending resource requirements in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
• Providing business metrics for the overall project and Implementing enhancements to systems when necessary  
• Providing on-going tracking and monitoring of performance of decision systems and statistical models with communicating business subject matter experts
• Leading initiatives for continual improvements and defining performance tracking metrices such as incremental take-up, revenue etc
• Responsible for measuring impact/ ROI and retrain / periodic revision of model performance
• Guiding the division/BU to achieve consistent commercial growth and execution excellence whilst executing campaigns with functional units and influencing stakeholders for driving new projects and campaigns
• Organizing in-house consultative meetings with internal stakeholders to improve special campaigns, and continuous assessments of adoption programs
• Managing operational report requests via Tableau/Safe Harbor and participating for development of Analytics at the EDGE project while working with business/support units for leveraging organizations data to drive business
• Collecting data from internal & external sources to prepare data for analytical tasks and implementing exploratory data analysis, visualization, hypothesis testing in order to present the findings & actionable intelligence to stakeholders & senior management through data visualization tools
• Defining activities, strategic direction, scope, and timelines on data science projects and catering divisional business requirements for the development of dashboard as well as working in cross functional teams to develop & trial use cases
• Implementing data preparation, cleansing, exploratory analysis, feature engineering at scale and maintaining documentation of methodology, source codes, version control & other best practices
• Adhering to agile development practices and making reports to deliver presentations
• Conducting both quantitative and qualitative analysis to research on industry best practices and preparing roadmaps, investment papers while communicating with experts on business subject matters for continuous improvement of methodologies
• Acquiring certifications offered through MOOC and  ensuring  predictive models
• Training & Certification on SQL, python OR R & other necessary tools and grooming Edge Users on SQL / Tableau & empower on self-extractions
• Responsible for Data Quality Management & Data Cleansing
