Operating digital services strategy and financial Planning for business units within digital Services
Ensuring the preparation of business plans and financial strategy for different business units under DS and coordination of cross functional teams for final BP delivery
Analysing and interpreting of financial and non-financial information pertaining to the business performance conduct variance analysis on performance against set targets and make recommendations concerning business strategy, resource allocation, and business operations to improve DS financial performance
Recommending appropriate management action in consultation with business managers and other key executives considering key trends in the financial performance of various business lines
Managing relationship and act as central coordinating point/representative of Dialog for all direct and indirect investments under the purview of Digital services
Responsible for all decision support and commercial finance activities for the Digital Service team such as product/service pricing, business case development, inorganic development/partnership structuring; major deal/bid commercials; new proposition development; efficiency, effectiveness & productivity analysis
Determine funding requirement of Digital Services business and arrange for suitable methods of finance in consultation with Group Corporate Finance and supporting for the funding requirements
Maintaining Digital Services finance team to establish standards for performance and developing the team to ensure growth in the capabilities of the Digital services finance function
Operating the preparation of monthly performance reports for management decision making and supporting an eventual transition of work scope to the fulltime CFO
Crafting analytics strategy for DS, build analytical capabilities and contribute business growth with correct insight about market, competition, environmental changes etc.
Entry Requirements
Possess Bachelor's degree in Business Management or MBA
Qualifications in CIMA, ACMA, CFA or equivalent
Strong Analytical Skills, communication skills and Financial Literacy
Experience in developing strategy, business plans and project appraisals
Excellent knowledge in advanced Excel modelling and MS Power point
Experience in Corporate Finance,
Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience in corporate planning, budgeting and control, business strategy and performance management
