Creating corporate accounts handle e2e process of corporate bulk SMS solutions & Corporate Ring Back Tones business and handling & coordinating all customer complaints with relevant help desks.
- Responsible in undertaking Accounts validations & Approvals on all enterprises, partners & aggregators registered on Dialog Marketplace & Click2pay
- Accountable in Verifying & Approving the content & campaigns on campaign management solutions via Dialog Marketplace Solutions
- Approve the market place enterprise account for Corporate Ring Back Tones. Corresponding with content team on Uploading Corporate Ring Back Tones & Provide login details of the corporate to Enterprise
- Managing & building relationships with Click2Pay merchant base, Marketplace aggregators & sales Teams
- Providing 2nd level training & demos on All enterprise products and platforms to clients & other partners
- Handling complaints escalated from Service Desk, Account Managers & customers for Corporate Solutions
- Handling the reconciliations on Click2pay & Marketplace products, arranging refunds & discounts when needed
- Follow up on outstanding with relevant Account Managers & enterprises on timely manner
- Ensure revenue share payment through relevant teams to Solution Providers & Geeks & aggregators
- Sharing & following up on weekly settlements on click2pay merchants with finance
