Product Head – Digital Telco

  • Generating key insights for Dialog’s Digital hero products to develop short and long-term product roadmaps with the input of all stakeholders while sharing such key insights with all stakeholders for better operational decision making as well as successful product design
  • Implementing customer engagement activities to gather direct feedbacks to support platform design with outcomes of research findings and adjusting analytics driven product and platforms to increase revenue contribution
  • Sound knowledge in end-to-end customer experience (life cycle) on Digital Offerings and journey building for existing customers and users, defining sub-segments to guide product creation
  • Fostering collaborative working relationship with business leaders within the organization while achieving goals through promoting cooperation and commitment within the team
  • Providing innovative insight on improvements of product, platform, network, and customer experience, working on strategic planning
  • Establishing internal policies aligned with external policies, standards, processes, and templates when working with vendors and building market response framework
  • Ensuring strong performance management through metrics across all key performance indicators (KPIs) and performing ad-hoc tasks to confirm Digital Telco Business offers the best-in-class customer experience in the region
  • Understanding data savvy customer expectations and industry best practices and performing in-depth opportunity/competitive analysis continuously for product and revenue improvement 
  • Developing ways to bolster Customer Acquisition, Usage, and Retention while prioritizing customer experience, identifying hygiene or strategic differentiators through market research
  • Implementing product and platform roadmaps for the Digital Telco Business while developing product offerings which would transform the telco industry  and driving innovation in product development with a team of world-class professionals
  • Leading in technical pre-sales engagements with customers to understand their needs and design product/solutions and delivering high-quality products which take end-to-end ownership of planning, design, delivery, quality assurance and performance
  • Monitoring product feedback to help in the prioritization of development features and establishing valuable relationships with key partners and stakeholders
  • Communicating clearly and consistently the DT Brand proposition to both existing and potential customer segments while building upon the core foundation in the business to transform the telco industry
  • Building a brand through overseeing the strategy behind creative campaigns and ensuring delivery of the brand’s vision in working with the stakeholders as well as responsible for all aspects of digital marketing, including paid performance campaigns, digital marketing linked organic growth, and driving consideration
  • Ensuring alignment with other departments for company and all Digital Channels offer a consistent experience from Product Discovery, Consideration, purchase, consumption as well as responsible for evaluation of important metrics
  • Executing the projects across the value chain and identifying the barriers that affect Product teams’ delivery, providing appropriate resolutions effectively
  • Responsible for effective resource planning and managing relationships with key stakeholders to support planning and execution of strategic goals
  • Acting as catalyst for effective alignment between groups while exposing needs, interdependencies, limitations, constraints, and mitigate potential silo approaches
  • Delivering the revenue targets assigned to the Digital Telco Business to contribute to the overall company revenue while maintaining a comprehensive Business plan to achieve the revenue targets and validate such plans periodically to ensure alignment to the company’s longtail strategy 
Entry Requirements
  • Possess a bachelor’s degree in the relevant field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a Product Management Capacity
  • Excellent knowledge in emerging Digital Services / Telecommunication / / Core components of a Telco Network / IT technologies & trends
  • Excellent communication skills in both writing and verbal
  • Should have good problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills
