Description

The Job

  • Design and implement acquisitions and upsell strategy through digital channels with the understanding of the customer behaviours by analysing past and present data, and manage attractive product portfolio with specific offers.
  • Responsible for the management accountability of eSales Campaigns and Strategic Campaign Planning
  • Identify and assist in designing organizations strategic and long range e-commerce goals
  • Manage product portfolio by finalizing the product/offers and planning and strategizing and implementing the eSales GTM campaigns targeting net new connections / Gross adds of the Mobile/DTV/HBB/SIM & Devices
  • Strategize and implement assisted ecommerce model and affiliate marketing model, and sales campaigns targeting the desired audience to achieve gross/net addition targets
  • Discover new trends and technologies to Identify the emerging markets and potential platforms in order to enhance the user experience and to maintain a higher online availability
  • Manage eSales business alignment with the consumer demands by ensuring the campaigns are easily navigable and regularly optimize to meet consumers' changing demands in syncing with respective stakeholders  
  • Set operational KPIs/SLA for all channel operations with management approval and Ensure all processes and SOPs are developed, approved and always followed during the operation
  • Strategize and effectively manage eSales budgets / Digital Campaign budgets within the approved scope and maximize ROI
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders within the company and beyond

                              

 

Entry Requirements

The Person

  • The ideal candidate is required to have minimum 3 years experience in building and managing Tele and Digital channels, with hands on experience in working with online shopper insights
  • A Degree in Business Management/ Marketing and/or CIM/CIMA qualifications
  • Expert level skillset in online channel building, strategizing & managing online campaigns  
  • Knowledge in data analytics and extensive use of excel and other office suites
  • Strong digital & analytical mindset, and ability to work in complex working environment
