Description
  • Lead the staff to deliver KPIs by conducting periodic review of their performance against
  • Conduct regular discussion and review the progress with other stake holders to allow them to share experience in order enhance the overall service assurance to customers.
  • Drive the fashion of delivering the services from heart in service delivery operations to external customers as well as for internal staff.
  • Lead and direct the team to identify the efficiency and effectiveness of internal procedures and authorized to introduce process improvements and new protocols with the goal of improving the services provided by Technical assurance center, Enterprise Solution Engineering and Solution delivery teams.
  • Architecture, Design and develop network provisioning tools and systems and implementing them
  • Lead the team to ensure timely delivery of all Retail and enterprise products by using provisioning systems and tools of services while matching business objectives and customer expectations.
  • Monitor SLA and KPI achievement of service provisioning functions and take strategic decisions to cater higher demands and deviations.
  • Assure technical expertise within the team and thereby evaluate the gap to be filled with technical expertise and ensure timely fulfilment of required technical expertise within the team.
  • Design necessary training materials implement tools and conducting training required for the team in achieving required level of excellence in service delivery functions.
  • Providing expert support to field support teams while delivering customer solutions.
  • Guide CFSS with required level of system and record updates by team following established processes and procedures to ensure availability of accurate service delivery Information.
  • Implement operational procedures within divisional processes to ensure timely adaptation of strategic network development projects.
  • Set KPIs and monitor the team to provide required level of operational support for network development projects ensuring timely delivery of service changes and enhancements with minimum interruptions to customers.
Entry Requirements
  • Should possess a B.Sc. degree in engineering in Electronics & Telecommunication or Computer from a recognized University (accredited by relevant body of the relevant country)
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in Telecommunications & Networking industry with minimum 1 years of technical managerial level.
  • Good knowledge in Engineering Expertise with General Management Skills, Innovative, Dedicated, Customer service oriented, Multitasking & Result oriented
