Responsible for device servicing activities for Dialog Enterprise customers by ensuring resolution of customer queries related to device functioning and configurations.
Research on latest device technology in the market and act as a device expert.
Providing user specifications on latest devices.
Identifying competitor activities through customers and stakeholders.
Preparation of reports based on data related to customer visits and device servicing activities.
Coordinate and liaise with internal stakeholders on device servicing.
Entry Requirements
Should possess a Diploma in Marketing / Management or any related professional qualifications from a recognized university or institute.
Minimum of 2 - 3 years of work experience in a similar capacity.
Should be a an outgoing and pleasant personality with the ability to work under strict timelines.
Process excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
