Selling international connectivity solutions and internet upstream solutions with underlaying submarine cable technology to local and international carriers with good understanding on how underlaying submarine technology works.
Regular engagement via con calls/ face to face meeting with potential carrier customers/OTTs to understand their international submarine connectivity requirements
Architect international transport/connectivity solutions using Dialog Submarine cable assets to meet wholesale carrier customers’ connectivity & ISP upstream requirements
Understand the external cost elements of a customer solution and negotiate with carrier partners to get the best cost structure for Dialog.
Project management for link delivery: Liaise and coordinate with all parties involved to deliver the circuit within expected customer deadlines in line with the project plan provided to the customer.
Come up with product pricing that meet market expectations and Dialog profitability criteria
Communicate with the current customer base on a consistent basis, participate in meetings, arrange rebates for SLA violations, sign new SLAs for existing customers.
Prepare regular monthly reports to ensure timely decision making.
Entry Requirements
Should possess a Degree/Diploma in Engineering.
Postgraduate in Management/Business will be added advantage
Should have excellent communication skills and computer literacy and analytical skills
