Description
- Work directly with users of the cloud to support failures /performance issues/ connectivity issues etc.
- Improve team efficiency and performance, with use of scripts or tools where possible, Automate processes cautiously to save manual work.
- Work with Security Operations and other Information Security teams to manage public cloud tools and infrastructure.
- Drive and solve problems impacting critical security systems and implement automation to prevent reoccurrence.
- Maintain an accurate picture of existing public cloud infrastructure to support scaling against various project requirements.
- Manage and support public cloud production, testing and development environments
- Build and support company’s growth into the public cloud services.
- Maintain processes, tools, and documentation in support related to operational environments
- implementing and supporting Cloud Infrastructure.
- Work with Security Operations and other Information Security teams to manage security in public cloud infrastructure.
- Manage and support public cloud production, testing and development environments
- Automating or assisting the automation of relevant systems or application to streamline the administration.
- Drive and solve problems impacting critical security systems and implement automation to prevent reoccurrence.
- Keep updating the corresponding stakeholders on relevant areas and new technologies.
- Need to provide necessary technical expertise /advice with respect to development and execution of all in-house applications subjected to cloud reediness.
- Collaborating with developers, Management and vendors to make sure the secure applications being deployed to ensure achievement of all business objectives.
Entry Requirements
- Possess a degree or a Masters in Information Technology/Computer Science or in a related field from a recognised University.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in handling similar scope in a critical and dynamic work environment.
- Related Industry certifications are preferred.
