To achieve given monthly/ quarterly/ yearly sales targets through the promotion of all available Dialog Enterprise products/ solutions to new and existing customers.
Ensure to comply with standard compliance when acquiring new customers by ensuring proper documentation is in line with the required standards.
Responsible to carryout Bizcare adoption campaign to new and existing customers by providing necessary training and system knowledge.
Responsible to carryout related collections from customers in order to achieve the monthly revenue targets for the SME base.
Enhance knowledge of enterprise solutions and their capabilities versus strengths / weaknesses of competitive products to customers.
Responsible to report sales achievement on a timely basis as per the divisional requirement.
Accountable to update and record of all sales activities carried out on a current basis.
Visit all customers under the respective teams to ensure they are well secured /revenue growth through cross and up sell and zero Churn.
Organize loyalty events based on segments in order to ensure high degree of customer satisfaction.
Interpret data and seek corrective actions just in time avoiding any loses to the organization.
Entry Requirements
G.C.E Advanced Level
Diploma in Sales / Management / Marketing will be an added advantage
Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in the sales field
Should have analytical skills and fluency in all three languages
