•    Carryout Television receives only (TVRO) operation Interference survey in order to ensure uninterrupted operation.
•    Responsible for carryout Playout system operation for content ingest and content scheduling to make sure 16 playout channels uninterrupted availability.
•    Carryout Outside Broadcasting live event by fixing and configuration of end terminals.
•    Streaming Channel content ingest for IPTV (Internet protocol television), MYTV (Dialog Mobile TV), TVGO (Dialog streaming TV) and Papare TV (Dialog streaming sports channels)
•    Carryout operation in online advertisement portal (adhub.lk) to make sure 24x7 service availability to place advertisement from external parties.
•    Provide assistance to execute Television Receive Only related projects to cater the new channel addition and channel changes in existing bouquet.
•    Provide assistance to Playout related Project to addition of new local playout channels and replacement of existing channels 
•    Provide assistance to Studio to transmitter related project for Dialog TV satellite operation and local channel provider’s requirement to transport content to their transmitter locations.
•    Provide assistance to Automated and manual advertisement insertion system related project to add new advertisement insertion channels, add new advertisement detection channels, performance improvements and adding up new advertisement insertion properties.
•    Provide assistance to online advertisement portal (adhub.lk) related projects to adding up new revenue generating stream in order to cater the demand of place advertisement by general public.
•    Advertisement Insertion and detection system 1st level technical support to rectify issues which occurs during operational hours as onsite support and on call assistance.
•    Studio to transmitter link system 1st level technical support to establish live events from remote location and configure end equipment for video delivery. 
•    Content ingest system 1st level technical support to make sure uninterrupted content ingest for Papare (Dialog sports streaming service), MYTV Papare (Dialog Mobile streaming service), TVGO (Dialog steaming Platform)  and IPTV (Internet protocol TV service for hotels) systems
•    Maintain SAP PM Inventory to make sure all the procured items are in appropriate locations.
•    Responsible for execute SAP changes and new projects within the division and to provide appropriate SAP training to SAP users.
•    Purchase summery reports creation to initiate procurements.
•    Sourcing Shopping Cart /Shopping Cart/Purchase order initiation and execution up to project closure.
•    Preparation of Network Monthly availability report and send the analytics data and proposal to the specialist to have solutions.
•    Preparation of channel Outage and downtime Report to analyse the service interruption 
•    Analyse TVRO RF attribute monthly report and provide quality degradation issues rectification solution to MCR.
•    Prepare procurement analysis report and arrange monthly meeting to initiate project closure.

•    NVQ level 5/IVQ level 5 qualification or 
•    City and Guilds Advanced Diploma/HNDE/NDT/NDES/Diploma in Technology (OUSL)/Advanced Diploma in Telecommunications Technology/Advanced Diploma in Constructive Technology/National Diploma in Engineering Technology etc
