The Job
Develop and maintain a product roadmap for Data that aligns with the overall business strategy and objectives of Dialog Axiata PLC
Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals
Product Analytics – including usage, Cohort, incremental value and take up analytics for different segments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, engineering, design, marketing, sales) to deliver high-quality products and services on time and within budget
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify opportunities for new products and product improvements
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and product updates
Manage product budgets and financial performance, including revenue and profitability targets
Communicate product updates and progress to internal and external stakeholders
Continuously look for customer experience gaps & corrective product improvements
The Person
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, computer science)t
5+ years of product management experience in the telecom industry
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Preferred:
Professional qualifications ( CIM or CIMA etc)
Knowledge & Qualifications on Analytics & related skills
Experience in product management in the Sri Lankan market
Knowledge of the Sri Lankan telecom industry
