The Job

• Develop and maintain a product roadmap for Data that aligns with the overall business strategy and objectives of Dialog Axiata PLC​

• Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals​

• Product Analytics – including usage, Cohort, incremental value and take up analytics for different segments  ​

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, engineering, design, marketing, sales) to deliver high-quality products and services on time and within budget​

• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify opportunities for new products and product improvements​

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and product updates​

• Manage product budgets and financial performance, including revenue and profitability targets​

• Communicate product updates and progress to internal and external stakeholders​

• Continuously look for customer experience gaps & corrective product improvements ​

The Person

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, computer science)t​

• 5+ years of product management experience in the telecom industry​

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills​

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills​

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment​

Preferred:​​

• Professional qualifications ( CIM or CIMA etc)  ​

• Knowledge & Qualifications on Analytics & related skills ​

• Experience in product management in the Sri Lankan market​

• Knowledge of the Sri Lankan telecom industry​
