The Job
•Greet customers as they enter the Club Vision lounge in a friendly and welcoming manner
•Provide assistance to customers and directing them to the appropriate area or to the respective relationship manager
•Answer customer inquiries and provide information about the products and services
•Ensure high level of cleanliness is always maintained at the lounge
•Assist with all hospitality services in order to maintain pleasant experience to customers at the Platinum / Gold Lounge, including arranging and serving refreshments
•Coordinate with Loyalty Operations team for reordering of refreshments at Head Office, Modern and BIA lounges
•Ensure all refreshments are in place and presentable
•Call customers for various projects or event invitations
The Person
•Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role is preferred
•Part Qualification in SLIM / CIM is preferred
•Have successfully completed GCE O/L and A/L
•Between ages of 18 and 25
•Fluent in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an advantage)
•Excellent verbal communication skills
•Professional work ethic with flexibility and willingness to learn new skills
