Responsible for developing monthly Customer Value Management (CVM) one on one marketing plan by including ROI analysis and ensure efficient planning.
Required to create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to for upsell , cross sell and retention .
Need to Work with internal teams including Growth hackers, Analytics, Business Units , and Marketing to define campaign requirements including testing and analytical protocols to ensure reliable results.
Responsible for conducting a market trend analysis and identifying the opportunities and uses strategies to retain customers.
Required to identify customer insights to drive Prospects via own base monetization Customer Segmentation.
Responsible in undertaking customer analytics driven campaign using analytics tools and automated platforms.
Responsible for upsell, cross sell & churn management of assigned product portfolio by providing customer centric offers and campaigns via multiple mediums including novel digital channels .
Responsible for leading the digitization and automation path and ensure new technologies are introduced to improve performance.
Entry Requirements
Should hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing / Statistics / IT/CIMA / Management/CIM/SLIM/BCS.
Should have experience in advanced analytics and in using advanced excel with SQL/TableauPython.
Possess knowledge on Product management.
Should have excellent analytical skills and knack for data analysis, strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
Should be an innovative thinker.
Minimum 5+ years of working experiences in similar capacity with experience in using advanced analytics , product management, digital channel management or digital applications required.
