Responsible to develop the strategic plan for Digital Adoption & Engagement in line with the group strategic direction.
Innovate & Implementation of growth strategies to drive digital top up and digital payments across multiple channels (MyDialog, dialog.lk , WOW, Banks, Genie , Ez Cash etc) for the Mobile, HBB and DTV Businesses.
Drive customer adoption to digital platforms such as MyDialog, WOW in order to maximize customer digital engagement.
Required to set growth targets & identifying the resource /budgetary requirements for the business in order to meet the divisional objectives.
Responsible to use data and analysis to identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions.
Required to lead AI/ML development projects related to Digital adoption that span across other business units and functions.
Responsible for developing analytics capabilities and capacity of the division to achieve set incremental adoption targets.

Entry Requirements
Should hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, Marketing, Analytics, or computer science).
Should possess related professional qualifications such as CIM, CIMA.
Should have knowledge on Analytics, AI/ML, Automation & related skills.
Should have strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Minimum 7+ years of Business management & Growth marketing work experience in the telecom industry.
