Description

 

  • Responsible for ensuring the Analytics maturity needed by the team to drive Adoption across e sales, e recharge, e bill pay and e-care and facilitating easy to access, digest and action upon information.
  • Responsible in harvesting insightful information that will aid the team in effective growth hacking exercises
  • Responsible managing operational report requests via Tableau/Safe Harbor
  • Need to attend for development of Analytics at the EDGE project
  • Ensure work with business/support units to identify opportunities for leveraging organizations data to drive business
  • Accountable to Collect data from internal & external sources and clean and prepare data as suitable for analytical tasks
  • Require defining activities, strategic direction, scope, and timelines on data science projects
  • Ensure development of dashboard to cater divisional business requirements
  • Need working in cross functional teams (internal & external) to develop & trial use cases
  • Need to Carry out data preparation, cleansing, exploratory analysis, feature engineering at scale Responsible to provide guidance to achieve consistent commercial growth and execution excellence in the division/BU
  • Need to execute campaigns with functional units and measure effectiveness of campaigns and Influence stakeholders for driving new projects and campaigns
  • Require synthesizing research findings in easy to understand terms for the business
  • Need to apply simple problem-solving methodologies to diagnose and solve operational and interpersonal problems
  • Ensure recommends resource requirements and collaborates with relevant stakeholders
  • Provide business metrics for the overall project to show improvements
  • Need to implement enhancements and fixes to systems as needed
  • Provides on-going tracking and monitoring of performance of decision systems and statistical models
  • Responsible to conduct both quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Research on industry best practices and work with internal / external parties on RnD tasks
  • Prepare roadmaps, investment papers and research on emerging technologies
  • Ensure Predictive models are live and is automated within the key business processes
  • Training & Certification on SQL, python OR R & other necessary tools to become a subject matter expert
Entry Requirements
  • Should possess a BSc in IT/ Computer Science/ AI /Data science / statistics, software engineering, economics and business
  • MBA/ MSc would be an added advantage
  • Passionate about creating value through scientific methods and data analysis
  • Tolerance for ambiguity and openness to feedback from design, strategy and other disciplines
  • More than 6 years of working experiences Analytics
