Description
  • Formulate and adapt Home and Fixed BU strategic plans, focusing on market positioning and growth. 
  • Translate Home BU strategic objectives into KPIs, align them with corporate planning, product owners and track performance. 

  • Create and maintain dashboards for real-time KPI visibility and data-driven decision-making. 

  • Lead and present performance review meetings with senior management, providing insights and actionable data recommendations 

  • Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with home business goals. 

  • Serve as Scrum Master, managing the Kanban Board and improving Agile maturity. 

  • Monitor and control Home and Fixed Opex/CAPEX budgets, ensuring efficient fund utilization. 

  • Collaborate with data analysts to ensure data accuracy and integrity for reporting purposes 

  • Develop cost rescaling strategies and track ROI of business initiatives. 

  • Implement a transfer pricing framework and track Free Data resource allocation. 

  • Leverage organizational data to drive business through analysis and visualization. 

  • Act as the Home and Fixed BU SPOC for BU governance and risk identification  

  • Identify and prioritize key home and fixed projects crucial for meeting business unit goals. 

  • Work with business/support units to identify opportunities for leveraging organizations data to drive business 

Entry Requirements
  • BSc or master's in Finance, Analytics, or Statistics; CIMA or ACCA qualification. 

  • 3+ years of relevant experience. 

  • Strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills. 

  • Proficient in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. 

  • Skilled in SQL or other data analysis languages. 

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
