Description

The Job

  • Designing and implementing customer retention strategies to reduce Prepaid churn, retain existing business, and increase loyalty.
    • Implement strategies to minimize Prepaid churn by designing and automating targeted campaigns to enhance customer retention.
    • Minimize Gross Churn and drive recharge-driven win-backs from the nonrevenue generating subscriber base.
    • Plan and execute campaigns on Probable Churn to minimize the overflow to Gross Churn
  • Increase Prepaid Revenue by increasing the Average Revenue Per Subscriber in Low and Medium revenue generating subscribers.
    • To understand customers by analyzing the customer behavior and identifying their unique usage patterns and preferences
    • Offer tailoring plans, services and interactions with customer service to the unique needs and preferences of individuals. Creating a better customer experience that will lead to increased loyalty and Customer Lifetime Value, and ultimately drives higher revenue
    • LV and MV segments to be targeted and automate the retention campaigns in CVM platform with Data Science Modules
    • Non-recharging base segment in Low Revenue segment to be identified and devise/plan activities to move them to recharging base that will increase revenue
  • Drive R-Offer. R-Offer is the Retailer selfcare platform that is a key focus area. The selected candidate is required to drive R-Offer by increasing retailer penetration and retailer interactions and growing revenue.
    • Empowers retailer & customers to provide right fit products tailored to deliver maximum value to each user, based on their individual usage patterns while increasing Tertiary
    • Conduct market research, identify the target audience, determine a budget, develop specific marketing strategies
    • Develop an implementation plan and drive R offer through trade schemes
    • Integration of R-Offer with the CVM Platform end to end and to incorporate Data Science Modules to increase R-Offer
  • End to end management of Recharge Coupons for Airtel Prepaid Business.
    • The selected candidate will be responsible for ordering/reordering/printing/configuring of all recharge coupons for the business.
Entry Requirements

The Person

  • Bachelor’s Degree or an Equivalent Professional Qualification.
  • 5- 6 years in handling a product category with at least 2-3 years in the telecom industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical Skills and the use of analytical tools and techniques    
  • Process oriented with a drive for excellence.
  • Ability plan and execute trade schemes that will require cross functional synergies
  • Customer centric approach
