Lead - Digital Platforms Strategy and Implementation   

The Purpose 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst / Platform Lead to understand stakeholder requirements and develop functional solutions that meet the entire scope of requirements with end-to-end ownership. You will liaise with multiple products, solutions, and vendor teams to achieve a working and acceptable solution for every project, whether it involves change or new development. Your role will bridge the gap between software developers and system requirement owners, enhancing customer experience through new system features and improved business processes. 

The Job  

  • Oversee a development team to ensure alignment of product outcomes with stakeholder requirements and internal acceptance criteria.  

  • Conduct feasibility studies regarding organizational vision, time, cost, and quality, while understanding team dynamics and capabilities.  

  • Ensure documentation meets BA practice guidelines, is timely, and is usable for system integrity.  

  • Propagate BA practices to subordinates and continuously strive to improve existing processes for peak efficiency and usability.  

  • Conduct individual/group interviews to validate identified requirements against business objectives.  

  • Demonstrate knowledge of elicitation techniques, value chain management, SWOT analysis, root cause analysis, gap analysis, UML diagrams, and Agile principles.  

  • Conceptualize product roadmaps and contribute to building the ecosystem by engaging with other platform owners and stakeholders.  

  • Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI.  

  • Drive execution of high-level product roadmaps into features and product delivery, translating business requirements effectively.  

  • Analyze customer needs, market trends, and potential partnerships to identify opportunities for differentiation.  

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define requirements, and guide the team through key milestones.  

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, managing backlog prioritization, refinement, and UAT sign-off.  

  • Monitor and report product performance updates for management decision-making.  

Entry Requirements

The Person 

  • Should have a B. Sc. Degree in IT / Engineering or equivalent  

  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality products on time, with strong business acumen and a digital mindset.  

  • 6+ years of experience, including 4-6 years in product management and business analysis.  

  • Experience in a technical environment, managing digital platform delivery and/or product/platform management in telecommunications or IT project management.  

  • Strong understanding of value chains and user journeys.  

  • Ability to thrive in complex and demanding environments with unwavering stability.
