Job Purpose:  

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our Digital Platforms Strategy and Implementation Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing the solution architecture of IT products, ensuring that functional and non-functional requirements are met for various systems, including customer relationship management, online charging systems, policy and charging rules functions, rating and billing management, and more. This role will involve leading development and QA activities, optimizing product usage, and planning the technology roadmap to ensure timely evolution in line with industry standards.  

The Job:   

• Design and implement solution architecture for IT products, ensuring alignment with business and operational requirements.  

• Lead feasibility checks and implementation of new products and services, minimizing post-launch issues.  

• Coordinate with vendors to address C1 system issues, implementing patches and change requests with zero impact on business operations.  

• Manage and support Dialog Core Projects, including CBS upgrades and network mergers, while staying abreast of the latest trends in telecommunications and IT.  

• Identify modernization opportunities for obsolete applications to support Dialog’s digitization initiatives.  

• Collaborate with team members to manage business funnels and prioritize delivery based on business discussions.  

• Analyze past and current trends to propose enhancements for core product modules.  

• Evaluate the security posture of products and address vulnerabilities in both the short and long term.  

• Provide technical guidance and expertise to delivery teams, ensuring compliance with established architecture.  

• Conduct impact analysis and risk assessments for proposed solutions, ensuring they meet both functional and non-functional requirements.  

The Person:  

• Holds a BSc in IT/Engineering or a similar field, along with an MBA or MSc.  

• Minimum 12 years of experience in a related field. 

• Possesses a thorough understanding of charging systems and relevant technologies.  

• Has a strong grasp of IT trends and their applicability within the digital platforms.
