Account Manager - Data Center and Cloud Services

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented solution selling Account Manager to join our technology expert sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales of Data Centers, Cloud, Security and ICT solutions to new and existing clients. You will leverage your knowledge of these technologies and solutions to create tailored proposals, engage with clients, and build long-term relationships to meet their evolving business needs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

· Sales & Business Development: Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the Data Center, Cloud, Security and ICT space | Build and manage a sales pipeline to consistently achieve sales targets.

· Solution Selling: Understand client needs and business challenges, and position the appropriate combination of data center, cloud, security and ICT solutions to solve their specific issues.

· Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations | Serve as the primary point of contact for all sales-related activities.

· Proposal & Negotiation: Lead the preparation of customized proposals and presentations for potential clients | Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.

· Market Intelligence: Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies and competitors to effectively position our solutions in the market.

· Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with product, technical, and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution and to provide feedback on customer needs.

Entry Requirements

Requirements:

· Qualifications: Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or related field | CIM/SLIM (preferred) | MBA (preferred)

· Experience: Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in ICT solution selling, particularly in the areas of Data Center, Cloud, Security, or related ICT solutions | Strong track record in solution selling with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

· Knowledge: Ability to understand complex technical solutions and communicate them in an easily digestible manner to clients.

· Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and a consultative approach to sales | Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

· Key competencies: Strategic Thinking | Business Acumen | Customer Focus | Results-Driven | A self-starter who is comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
