The Job:
· Identify emerging sales opportunities within large enterprise clients.
· Explore new business by understanding client needs and presenting relevant solutions.
· Support revenue growth and retention through strong business relationships.
· Conduct client pitch meetings to present enterprise solutions.
· Plan and execute special sales promotions and activities to boost business penetration.
· Analyze customer needs to provide appropriate products and solutions.
· Coordinate with departments (technical, billing, credit) to ensure smooth operations.
· Ensure completed sales are recorded and tracked for revenue targets.
· Maintain strong customer relationships to meet evolving business needs.
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue/sales targets.
· Regularly visit clients to build sales funnels and close deals.
· Contribute to sales forecasting and provide input for unit planning.
· Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities, recommending product improvements.
· Maintain high customer satisfaction to enhance decision-making in favor of Dialog products.
· Participate in critical customer meetings to retain clients.
The Person:
· Degree in Marketing.
· CIM/SLIM qualification.
· MBA (preferred).
· 2+ years of experience in enterprise sales.
· Strong knowledge of fixed and mobile communication services.
· Understanding of digital services.
