Description

· Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets by promoting Dialog Enterprise products to new and existing SMEs.

· Ensure compliance in customer acquisition documentation.

· Lead Bizcare adoption campaigns, providing training and support to customers.

· Manage collections to achieve revenue targets and enhance knowledge of enterprise solutions.

· Analyze competitors and provide insights for product and process improvements.

· Timely report sales achievements and document sales activities.

· Gather market intelligence to understand trends and identify new technologies and sales strategies.

· Regularly visit customers to ensure satisfaction and identify up-selling opportunities, minimizing churn.

· Organize events to foster customer loyalty based on segment needs.

· Adhere to sales policies and standards, escalating issues as necessary.

· Analyze data for timely corrective actions to prevent organizational losses.

Entry Requirements
  • GCE Advanced Level 

  • Degree/Diploma in Sales/Management/Marketing.

  • 4-5 years 'of experience in sales. 

  • Self-confidence,  

  • Fluency in three languages.  

  • Analytical thinking, strategic decision-making, Strong business acumen, results-oriented mindset, coalition building, customer-centric approach, and people management.
