Description
- Responsible to synthesize research findings in easy-to-understand terms for the business
- Ensure apply simple problem-solving methodologies to diagnose and solve operational and interpersonal problems
- Need to recommend resource requirements and collaborates with relevant stakeholders
- Provide business metrics for the overall project to show improvements
- Accountable to implements enhancements and fixes to systems as needed
- Need to povides on-going tracking and monitoring of performance of decision systems and statistical models
- Require to manage operational report requests via Tableau/Safe Harbor
- Need to attend for development of Analytics at the EDGE project
- Responsible to work with business/support units to identify opportunities for leveraging organizations data to drive business
- Need to collect data from internal & external sources
- Ensure to clean and prepare data as suitable for analytical tasks
- Require to define activities, strategic direction, scope, and timelines on data science projects
- Need to working in cross functional teams (internal & external) to develop & trial use cases
- Carry out data preparation, cleansing, exploratory analysis, feature engineering at scale
- Provide guidance to achieve consistent commercial growth and execution excellence in the division/BU
- Responsible to execute campaigns with functional units and measure effectiveness of campaigns
- Need to conduct both quantitative and qualitative analysis
Entry Requirements
- Should possess degree in IT/ Computer Science/ AI /Data science / statistics, software engineering or economics and business
- Need to score 70% above from entry level exam
- Passionate about creating value through scientific methods and data analysis
- Tolerance for ambiguity and openness to feedback from design, strategy and other disciplines
- 2 years related exp. in Analytics
