Job Purpose:  

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding stakeholder requirements and developing functional solutions that meet the entire scope of requirements with end-to-end ownership. You will liaise with multiple product, solution, and vendor teams to achieve a working and acceptable solution for every project, whether it involves change or new development. Your role will be crucial in bridging the gap between software developers (both internal and external) and system requirement owners from various Strategic Business Units (SBUs) to enhance customer experience through new system features and improved business processes.  

The Job:  

• Conduct feasibility studies of requirements in terms of organizational vision, time, cost, and quality, while understanding team dynamics and capabilities.  

• Ensure technical documentation meets expectations as per BA practice guidelines, is timely, and is usable for system integrity.  

• Promote BA practices among subordinates and mentor the reporting team on established guidelines and best practices.  

• Drive continuous improvement of existing processes to maximize efficiency and usability.  

• Align requirements with organizational vision, goals, and objectives, focusing on customer experience and future readiness.  

• Conduct individual and group interviews, steering discussions towards productive outcomes.  

• Facilitate user validation of identified requirements against business objectives.  

• Research and stay updated on industry trends and dynamics within the telecommunications sector, particularly in BSS and OSS stacks.  

• Engage with customers to understand their requirements and manage expectations, ensuring alignment with organizational vision.  

• Prepare training materials tailored to the audience and conduct user training to ensure solution acceptance and integration.  

• Set user and team expectations, establishing acceptance criteria for all projects, and ensure compliance through User Acceptance Testing (UAT).  

• Map user requirements to usable solutions that are acceptable to all stakeholders and fit within the ecosystem's constraints.  

• Design solutions that cater to requirements while addressing regulatory constraints and aligning with organizational goals.  

• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) and single point of contact (SPOC) for all systems and solutions within your purview.  

• Evaluate security threats, categorize them, and make informed decisions regarding security costs and implementations to ensure zero security breaches in technical solutions.  

• Collaborate with the architectural team to design functional and end-to-end solutions.  

The Person:  

• Should have a bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.  

• Strong communication, presentation, teamwork, and Agile practices skills.  

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
