The Job               

• Responsible for implementing 2G,4G & 5G network optimization activities through relevant systems to enhance network performance/customer experience as per divisional targets. Responsible for introducing new features/ parameter optimizations/ other enhancements as and when required. Responsible for Network Auditing to detect abnormalities in system configurations.
• Responsible for periodical / demand based 2G,4G and 5G network monitoring and troubleshooting using relevant tools. Responsible for providing resolutions for 2G, 4G and 5G network issues escalated by the team and provide timely, effective solutions.
• Responsible for analyzing and introducing new approaches, new Technologies, and Tools to enhance customer experience in innovative ways. Responsible for managing coverage, quality, and capacity optimally to enhance customer perception. Responsible for analyzing Customer perceived issues and proposing optimum and cost-effective engineering solutions considering customer satisfaction and company interest.
• Responsible for developing dashboards/ GISs/Optimization solutions, big data analysis, etc. Responsible for maintenance of the relevant software while doing necessary enhancements.
• Responsible for developing staff to perform exceptionally by delivering periodical knowledge sharing and specific project/strategy related update sessions. Responsible for transferring system tools’ related knowledge to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the team members while maintaining & implementing possible enhancement of tool functions.

The Person

• BSc Degree in Engineering & Telecommunication/Electronic/Electrical from a recognized University accredited by IESL.
• Good Knowledge in 2G and 4G & 5G Access technologies, systems.
• Knowledge in Access Network Planning & Optimization Fundamentals.
• Familiar with MS office, GIS software related software and tools of the field.
• Programing skills Python, SQL…etc familiarity with AWS (Cloud DB) fundamentals will be an added advantage.
• Relevant experience in Radio network planning and optimization domain will be an added advantage.
