Entry Requirements
Should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
MBA is an added advantage
Proven experience in managing teams and driving strategic initiatives, with a track record of delivering business results.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making, capable of utilizing data to drive strategic insights and improvements.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a management role is desirable.
