Description
  • Develop and execute long-term strategic plans aimed at driving growth and ensuring the success of WOW SuperApp. These plans should align with the broader objectives of Dialog Axiata PLC.
  • Collaborate closely with the executive team to ensure that operational strategies are integrated with the company's overall business goals.
  • Lead initiatives focused on improving user engagement, satisfaction, and retention. This includes innovative approaches to enhance the user experience and meet evolving market demands.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, ensuring that the superapp remains competitive and responsive to market changes.
  • Oversee the daily operations of WOW SuperApp, ensuring that all functionalities are seamless and that users have a superior experience.
  • Lead and manage the app operations, campaign planning needed for user traffic management, customer service, and administrative teams to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Establish and refine processes and systems to optimize efficiency and scalability, ensuring that the superapp can support growing user demands.
  • Implement innovative strategies for user acquisition and retention, leveraging eco system assets.
  • Use central data platforms for precision targeting and personalized user experiences, ensuring that marketing efforts are data-driven and highly effective.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to make informed strategic decisions and continuously improve the app's performance.
  • Support the budgeting process by providing insights and recommendations that align with operational strategies and objectives.
  • Work with the finance team to implement robust financial controls and reporting mechanisms that help maintain and increase profitability, ensuring fiscal responsibility.
  • Guide the development and execution of new features and mini apps that enhance user engagement and satisfaction, keeping the app competitive and appealing.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that WOW SuperApp remains at the forefront of digital innovation.
  • Foster a high-performance culture within the organization, promoting teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and develop team members, building a strong talent pipeline to support the app's future growth and success
Entry Requirements
  • Should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • MBA is an added advantage
  • Proven experience in managing teams and driving strategic initiatives, with a track record of delivering business results.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making, capable of utilizing data to drive strategic insights and improvements.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a management role is desirable.
