The Job
We are seeking a skilled finance professional to manage the financial reporting, budgeting, and financial operations of the CxO portfolio. This role involves working closely with Financial Accounting, Corporate Finance, GBC, and other key stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Financial Reporting: Developing the financial reporting framework for the GCAAO portfolio, liaising with internal teams, and preparing monthly Profit & Loss statements.
- Budgeting & Planning: Collaborating with divisional heads to develop and prioritize Capex and Opex budget requirements and acting as the primary point of contact for budget-related matters.
- Cost Apportionment: Establishing a driver-based cost allocation methodology and developing a rate card for division services.
- Finance Operations: Ensuring smooth payment operations, tracking expenses against budgets, and coordinating approvals with stakeholders.
- Project Evaluations: Assisting in assessing financial returns from the project pipeline and conducting periodic post-implementation reviews.
- Policy Development: Designing and maintaining financial policies to enhance compliance and efficiency.
