- Lead the development of a self-service analytics environment for business teams.
- Oversee the measurement of analytics ROI and business impact.

- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of data analysts and business intelligence professionals.
Entry Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 10-12 years of experience in analytics, AI, or related executive leadership roles.
- Extensive knowledge of machine learning, AI strategies, advanced analytics methodologies, data visualization
- Proven experience in designing and executing Org-wide analytics transformation strategies.
- Strong expertise in big data technologies, cloud computing, and emerging analytics trends.
- Experience in influencing executive decision-making and fostering a culture of data-driven innovation.
- Ability to anticipate industry trends and shape long-term corporate strategy.
- understanding of how analytics drives financial performance and competitive advantage.
- Proven ability to build coalitions, influence stakeholders, and lead high-impact projects.
- Expertise in establishing insightful data visualizations.
- Experience in driving AI adoption and automating business workflows.
- Ability to mentor and lead a high-performing team.
