Description

The Job

  • Responsible for interpreting the data shared by multiple stakeholders such as CPC /BUs on Revenue upliftment requirements. He/ She shall create actionable insights and discuss with the regional manager the best means of implementing new programs to uplift the regional revenue holistically. Upon agreement of the RM, the job holder shall create the necessary projects and assign responsibilities for execution.
  • He/ She shall then function as the SPOC for all such programs under the region and manage the execution of these programs with regional leadership team. He / She should collate data on execution efficiency, track the performance against the targets set and report to the leadership team on a Daily / Weekly on progress made, He/ She shall also derive insights from the data gathered on performance and advice the leadership team on gaps in execution and meaningful means to improve results. The scope of this role would be around handling the Scientific method for FL deployments based on data, Increase My offer penetration, expanding contribution from SSO / Quad selling Outlets, Driving digital adoption, etc.
  • Monitor revenue uplift projects, network utilization, and sales performance while ensuring KPI achievement. Drive regional initiatives for offer penetration and digital adoption. Provide regular project updates, manage FL team operations, and maintain tower outage data. Deliver analytical insights to enhance decision-making at regional, district, and area levels.
  • Lead meetings to present FL/IFL and revenue upliftment performance, activities, and forecasts. Conduct weekly and monthly performance reviews for regional management. Update regional staff hierarchy and stakeholder information. Provide market feedback and identify operational gaps with partners to enhance efficiency and business growth.
  • Ensure optimal stock levels at retail and distributor outlets, monitor stock movement, and coordinate timely deliveries. Oversee partner bank guarantees stock rotation to minimize aging inventory. Review stock availability, invoicing, and operational gaps while supporting trade marketing and merchandising initiatives within the region.
  • Ensure complaint received from customers/Retailers/Stakeholders are resolve within the set KPIs.
  • Facilitate partner and retailer training in our products and services to ensure they are well-versed in our offerings.
  • Ensure compliance of ISO guidelines and internal policies in partner activities are adhered to minimize errors and compliance issues.
Entry Requirements

The Person

  • BSc Degree in Business Analytics, Business Management or equivalent professional qualification.  
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the same capacity.
  • Excellent knowledge in advance Excel.
  • Ability to derive meaningful insights from data points.
  • Ability to structure regional level project programs and monitor outcomes.
