The Job  

  • Align company vision and strategy with brand strategy and plan. 

  • Develop brand strategies into actionable plans and go-to-market strategies. 

  • Develop and execute effective brand plans aligned with product funnel and timelines. 

  • Manage key marketing projects and campaigns with precision. 

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and advertising efforts. 

  • Drive innovation in product development and communication. 

  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to enhance brand positioning and communication. 

  • Measure and report on campaign performance to optimize ROI and KPIs. 

  • Foster strong stakeholder relationships and manage external agencies. 

  • Uphold brand superiority and market share growth through strategic initiatives. 

  • Develop and Brainstorm innovative growth strategies. 

  • Spearhead innovation in communication and mediums to ensure relevance, effective use of emerging mediums and drive sales. 

Entry Requirements

The Person  

  • Degree or relevant professional qualification in Marketing. 

  • Minimum 5 years experience in brand management. 

  • Strong Knowledge and proven experience in Advertising, Sales and Marketing. 

  • Highly creative with ability to think out of box. 

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively. 

  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively. 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and draw actionable insights. 

  • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
