We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager to strategize and manage a robust distribution network for assigned Aera. The successful would have to develop and execute business plans will execute area business plans and KPIs, driving sales teams to achieve targets while managing stakeholder relationships to enhance regional profitability and market share.
Set achieved, daily, weekly, and monthly targets for distribution and Free Lancer (FL) channels based on insights from reports and dashboards.
Consume the dashboards provided for insights and drive growth and availability in the assigned Area business dashboards to make proactive decisions that drive availability in trade and growth in product refill.
Plan and execute should work on a monthly visit itinerary covering the trade and other relevant stakeholders to top retailers contributing 80% of revenue, ensuring visits to the entire retailer base at least once every three months.
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key retailers to align with company goals and coordinate joint marketing and sales initiatives.
Business plan objectives, driving teams to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while ensuring growth in redistribution, refill, and customer market share.
Lead and supervise outsourced staff and internal teams, providing direction, motivation, and should be competent to lead a large extended Sales team.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team productivity and morale.
Monitor partner performance and implement improvement plans to maximize effectiveness.
Digital tools for insights and ensure the team is motivated and effectively deployed to achieve growth objectives.
Availability of quad products in selected outlets and maintain adequate stock levels at trade by distributors.
Monitor quality of acquisitions and promote the Dialog retailer loyalty program to drive high-revenue quality acquisitions.
Oversee distributor point-level profitability, ensuring a clear understanding of operational costs and managing the P&L account.
Entry Requirements
The Person
MBA or BBA with a professional qualification in Business Management, Sales, or Marketing is preferred.
Minimum 6-7 years of experience as a Sales Manager/ Minimum of 7 years' experience in a similar or same industry of which at least 3 years should be in a supervisory category.
Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence others effectively.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
Familiarity with Radio network planning and optimization tools.
