Key Responsibilities:
- Formulation of the National Sales & Channel Planning strategy into a Cohesive strategic plan & responsible for execution
- Responsible for overseeing the daily standups & deliverables with the Analytics team to ensure that the promised deliverables are on track (including projects, sales war-room, analytics-driven decision making)
- Continuous review of sales data streams to identify indicators of potential problems and opportunities; Guide analytics teams in deep-diving to identify root-causes; Responsible for developing action plans to drive market opportunities and mitigate potential problems.
- Lead the execution of strategic business initiatives derived through emergent analytics insights to derive value for the organization
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities, ensuring Dialog & Airtel’s market leadership. Responsible for execution of cross-functional projects to drive market share and retail revenue growth.
- Enhance adoption of analytics to drive operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.
- Assist the GCMO and Divisional Senior Management in business analysis & strategy formulation for special projects
