Analyze data to create actionable insights and collaborate with the Regional Manager to implement programs aimed at holistic revenue upliftment.
Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all regional programs, managing execution with the regional leadership team.
Track performance against targets, report progress to leadership on a daily/weekly basis, and provide insights on execution gaps and improvement strategies.
Monitor revenue uplift projects, network utilization, and sales performance to ensure KPI achievement.
Drive initiatives for offer penetration and digital adoption, providing regular project updates and managing FL team operations.
Lead meetings to present performance metrics, activities, and forecasts, conducting weekly and monthly performance reviews.
Ensure optimal stock levels at retail and distributor outlets, monitor stock movement, and coordinate timely deliveries.
Resolve complaints from customers, retailers, and stakeholders within set KPIs.
Facilitate training for partners and retailers on our products and services.
Ensure compliance with ISO guidelines and internal policies in partner activities.
Entry Requirements
The Person
BSc Degree in Business Analytics, Business Management or equivalent professional qualification.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the same capacity.
Excellent knowledge in advance Excel.
Ability to derive meaningful insights from data points.
Ability to structure regional level project programs and monitor outcomes.
