Product Manager 

The Product Lead will oversee the success of mini applications across rewards, entertainment, and convenience, with a focus on e-commerce operations. This role involves managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, optimizing efficiency and scalability, and enhancing user experience. Responsibilities include product development, vendor management, marketing, data analytics, and process streamlining. The ideal candidate will leverage analytical skills and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth and improve key performance metrics. 

 

The Job:  

  • Develop and align product strategies with company goals. 

  • Create and maintain product roadmaps considering market trends, user feedback, and business objectives. 

  • Work with design, engineering, marketing, and support teams to execute product initiatives. 

  • Foster a collaborative, innovative, and user-focused culture. 

  • Conduct user research and analyze behavior to identify needs. 

  • Prioritize and develop features to enhance user experience and engagement. 

  • Monitor KPIs, conduct A/B testing, and implement data-driven strategies to improve user engagement, retention, and conversion. 

  • Ensure robust analytics, segmentation, and targeting for mini-app performance. 

  • Drive profitability through cost management, monetization strategies, and user growth. 

  • Ensure competitive pricing and maintain optimal inventory levels. 

  • Define and implement roadmaps for platform improvements. 

  • Collaborate with designers and developers to optimize customer experience and journey. 

  • Build strong product assortments and integrate logistics and payment solutions. 

  • Plan and execute campaigns to increase engagement and sales. 

  • Collaborate with digital marketing and SEO teams for improved traffic and conversions. 

  • Analyze campaign effectiveness for strategy refinement. 

  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and monitor market trends. Leverage analytics for sales performance, customer retention, and operational efficiency. 

  • Identify growth opportunities and support decision-making with insights. 

  • Streamline workflows, improve service delivery, and reduce costs. 

  • Ensure compliance with e-commerce standards and data privacy regulations. 

  • Oversee budgets, forecast revenue, and drive profitability through pricing and operational improvements. 

Entry Requirements

The Person:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, IT, or a related field; MBA preferred. 

  • 5+ years in e-commerce, product management, or a related role. 

  • Expertise in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce). 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making. 

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
