Product Manager

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to lead our Digital Entertainment pillar within our Superapp. This role encompasses the end-to-end product lifecycle for Gaming, OTT streaming, and digital content experiences, crafting a seamless and engaging user journey. The Job:

Strategy & Vision

  • Define and own the product vision and roadmap for the Digital Entertainment vertical, including Gaming, OTT, and content experiences.
  • Align entertainment initiatives with the Superapp’s overarching user engagement and monetization goals.

User Experience & Design

  • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to create intuitive, personalized, and engaging user experiences across gaming, streaming, and content interfaces.
  • Champion user-first design by leveraging insights from data, research, and A/B testing.

Cross-functional Leadership

  • Work closely with engineering, marketing, data, legal, and third-party partners to deliver product features on time and within scope.
  • Interface with OTT providers, gaming publishers, and content creators to integrate services into the platform.

Data & Insights

  • Analyze usage patterns, engagement KPIs, churn rates, and retention metrics to inform prioritization.
  • Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude) to iterate on product improvements.

Monetization & Growth

  • Design and optimize monetization models, including subscriptions, freemium tiers, in-app purchases, and ad-based models.
  • Drive acquisition and engagement strategies through content curation, gamification, and loyalty initiatives.

Compliance & Partnerships

  • Ensure regulatory compliance (content licensing, data privacy, age restrictions, etc.).
  • Support the Business Development team in onboarding partners and integrating APIs or SDKs from gaming/content/OTT providers.
  • Drive monetization of the product via partnership collaborations and advertising or sponsorships.
Entry Requirements

The Person:

  • 4–7 years of experience in product management, preferably in digital media, OTT, gaming, or mobile apps.
  • Proven track record of launching successful consumer-facing products at scale.
  • Strong digital adoption skill sets, including user engagement and retention through the crafting of the overall product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
  • Deep understanding of digital entertainment ecosystems and trends.
  • Strong technical acumen; able to work closely with engineering teams on APIs, SDKs, and third-party integrations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bonus: Experience working on superapps, digital wallets, or lifestyle ecosystems in emerging markets.
