Account Manager - Large Enterprise (Government Sector)

Responsibilities

 

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Enterprise products and services, driving revenue growth and meeting established goals.

•Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure 100% customer retention, resolving customer issues promptly to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.

• Execute marketing campaigns and seminars to generate new business opportunities and attract potential clients.

•Enhance your knowledge of Enterprise solutions, staying informed on competitive products and their strengths/weaknesses to effectively position our offerings.

•Meet with corporate clients regularly, provide exceptional service, and deliver tailored solutions based on customer needs to foster long-term partnerships.

•Collaborate with sector managers and the sales team to ensure the smooth execution of sales targets, customer issue resolution, and overall customer satisfaction.

•Follow up on timely execution of agreement renewals and ensure debt recovery processes are carried out efficiently.

•Stay ahead of competitors by continuously evaluating market trends and adjusting strategies as needed to ensure the company remains competitive.

•Organize customer loyalty events tailored to specific segments to ensure high levels of satisfaction and customer engagement.

Entry Requirements

The Person

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field; an MBA is a plus & CIM/SLIM certifications are advantageous.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, with a solid understanding of fixed and mobile services, digital solutions, and enterprise offerings.

· Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach to sales.
