Senior Manager - Group Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager - Group Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management to oversee the activities of our RAFM department. In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal security of our company’s revenues while preventing fraud and revenue leakages. You will play a key role in proactively improving processes that impact the optimization of revenue streams through effective leadership, direction, and consultation. You will also ensure that the revenue linked costs are properly governed and controlled.

Key Responsibilities:

· Responsible for development & implementation of long term plan to modernize and evolve the Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management Unit.

· Ensure end-to-end monitoring of revenues, transactions, margins and revenue linked cost (commission costs etc)

· Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with all revenue streams

· Ensure proper governance and recording of the entire business process as well as revenue capture & recognition process.

· Provide consultancy and guidance on new revenue streams & related business processes to ensure that sufficient controls are put in place from inception.

· Develop & drive the digitalization and analytics roadmap for RAFM.

· Lead and develop the RAFM team to deliver high levels of performance.

Qualifications:

· Degree in IT/Information Systems Management or Finance; MBA/MSc preferred.

· Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.

· Strong computer literacy including digitalization and analytics
