We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant Manager to join our lean, high-energy marketing squad at Dialog, where your work won’t just be another campaign — it’ll be a driving force behind some of Sri Lanka’s biggest digital moments.

What You’ll Be Owning

This isn’t just a support role — it’s a strategic seat at the digital table. As a Digital Marketing Assistant Manager, you’ll take the lead on driving high-impact campaigns and shaping how our brands show up in the digital space. Your work will directly influence awareness, engagement, and performance across multiple business verticals. Here's what you'll be diving into

Full-Funnel Campaign Strategy & Execution
Take end-to-end ownership of digital campaigns — from the first briefing session to post-campaign reporting. You'll lead the charge in turning brand goals into smart, measurable digital activations.

🔹 Strategic Media Planning
Work hand-in-hand with Brand Managers and our media agency to design performance-driven digital strategies. You’ll help map the right platforms, audience segments, and messaging tactics to hit both brand and business KPIs.

🔹 Audience-First Campaign Design
Every brand is different — and so are their audiences. You’ll develop tailored digital strategies that align with specific consumer behaviors, product lifecycles, and market moments.

🔹 Always-On Optimization
Campaigns don’t just go live and sit. You’ll monitor performance regularly, identify opportunities, and adjust in real time to maximize impact — from creative swaps to smarter budget distribution.

🔹 Influencer Marketing Leadership
Take the lead on Dialog’s influencer marketing efforts — from identifying the right partners and managing activations, to measuring authentic impact and driving brand relevance through credible voices.

🔹 Cross-Team Collaboration
You’ll be the connector between brand, creative, media, analytics, and finance teams — making sure campaigns run on time, within budget, and with a clear focus on outcomes.

🔹 Data Storytelling & Reporting
Turn data into actionable insights. You’ll deliver performance reports that go beyond metrics — showing what worked, why, and how we can do it even better next time.

🔹 Financial Ownership
Manage campaign budgets and raise purchase orders efficiently — ensuring seamless financial execution and accurate budget tracking across all digital initiatives.

🔹 Trendspotting & Innovation
Keep your finger on the pulse of digital culture. You'll bring fresh ideas to the table, identify emerging trends, and help future-proof our digital marketing strategy.

Entry Requirements

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field (a postgraduate qualification is a plus)
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably within a fast-paced, multi-brand environment
    Proven experience in planning and executing digital campaigns across key platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok)
  • Strong understanding of media planning, audience segmentation, and digital performance metrics
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads Manager, and similar dashboards
  • Experience managing influencer campaigns — from sourcing to strategy to measurement
  • Solid project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills — you're as comfortable with data as you are presenting ideas to a room
  • A proactive mindset — you're not waiting for briefs; you're bringing ideas, identifying gaps, and driving execution
  • A keen eye on digital trends, platform updates, and consumer behavior shifts
